EA series groove cutters have the characteristics of sharp cutting edge, especially suitable for improving 

the deformation of short groove holes and processing high-precision plates.

It adopts double groove combination, which has strong rigidity, reduces the deflection arc

 during the drilling process, and has high positioning accuracy.

For short slot angle, shape, special-shaped slot deformation and other issues.

 Applicable to PCB medium and high TG, high multi-layer, thick copper, halogen-free, soft board, 

soft and hard combined board drilling and short groove processing.

SX-standard groove cutter

The use of large-angle thread grooves improves chip removal and heat dissipation performance.

For the deformation of the slot hole, the slot size is too long and too short.

It is suitable for drilling and long groove processing of PCB ordinary medium and high TG, high multi-layer, 

thick copper, halogen-free, soft board, soft and hard board

UX-UC type groove cutter

The unique double-slot drill face design improves the chip cutting ability and 

reduces the friction between the cutter edge and the hole wall.

 For the deformation of the slot, the size of the slot is too long and too short, and the hole is thick.

Applicable to PCB medium and high TG, high multi-layer, thick copper, halogen-free, soft board, 

soft and hard combined board drilling long and short groove processing

D2SX- four-flute chip-breaker groove cutter

The unique double-groove cutter face design improves chip cutting ability and reduces blade wear.

 For problems such as thick holes, sharp edges, wire wrapping on blades, and burrs in holes.

It is suitable for drilling and long groove processing of PCB ordinary medium and 

high TG, high multi-layer,  thick copper, halogen-free, soft board, soft and hard board.

There is no obvious advantage between small diameter and ordinary slot drill, and 

large diameter is suitable for plates with high plate surface and hole wall.
